Experience needed:

1. At least 5 years of experience in Sales, strong customer focus.

2. Education: Technical Sales (Engineering background with strong exposure to customer)

3. Sales background/Scope in Business development, regular contact with customers, New business development via exhibitions, tech days in customer premises or based on contact transfers provided from other regions.

4. Knowledge of components management linked to automation / scope in Robotics.

5. Previous experience linked to Sales of components to manufacturers of ROBOTS, Cobots, Cable Harnesses, Integrators of ROBOTS.

6. Fluent English and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for driving significant revenue growth and market share expansion for customers and products on textile protection, corrugated hoses, and injected accessories in China.

2. Management of direct customers: OEMs of ROBOTS, Integrators those customizing robots to specific needs on assembly lines (Cars OEMs, users/maintenance of Robots in any industry).

3. Conduct in-depth market research to identify new opportunities, competitive landscapes, and emerging trends within ROBOTICS and applications for the Cable Protection Systems.

4. Actively participate in industry trade shows, conferences, and networking events to provide regular reports on market conditions, competitive activities, and customer feedback.

5. Preparation of Monthly Business Reviews with a priority of New business opportunities linked to components (textile, corrugated tubes, injected parts).

6. Collaborate with engineering and product development teams to ensure product offerings align with customer requirements and market trends.
